Step 1: Find a parallel Universe in which Flash Player for iPad exists. Only kidding. Flash Player is not supported on iOS. However, the Puffin web browser will run Flash Player on a remote system and show you the results on your iPad. Puffin when you truly need Flash Player and security issues are not relevant (this from running Flash Player on a foreign computer, for example you may not trust them with your Stock Brokerage information).
