you have to make sure you uninstall the old driver first and delete the directory entirely, before reinstalling the software.
Then UNPLUG THE TABLET! then go to start > all programs > tablet > uninstall. Run the wizard, restart, go to my computer> local disk drive > program files and delete the Genius Tablet folder. Then, install the drivers again, reboot, THEN plug your tablet back in. TEST
