Flash Player Crashes in Firefox

Hi to all,

I am trying hard to play this  Smart Cats Acting Like Humans...Watch Video! | Lots of Funny Videos And Pictures video but in its is showing error to install flash player i install it many times but still showing same error https://i.imgur.com/i5Q0was.png i am using latest version of Firefox

Please help me
